Job responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate cleaning operations, including assigning tasks and schedules to cleaning teams.
- Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to company standards.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by clients or cleaning staff promptly and effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate supply of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time sheets and cleaning logs.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the cleaning industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications preferred
